My Social Media Icons
So I’m slowly redesigning parts of this blog, soon it’ll be the icons/some of the graphics, then later the header, then the nav and probably the footer etc.
So today I spent a few minutes knocking up a few social media icons for myself to use, but…butttt i’m a nice guy and gonna share them with you buggers to use. Nothing at all unique, very basic and goes with where my blog design will be headed.
There’s 7 icons, I’ll be updating the package fir 8 others when I have time tomorrow or something so if you like them in the first place and want them, check back some time. For the sake of making these into a pack i’m going to come up with a name for them, a really lame name mind you, PAPERCUT ICONS. Woohooo right? I know, I’ve got to get out more. So, enjoy…

Hope you dont fuck up the redesign of your blog the way george did CSSDrive! - Down for 5 days, then replaces it with an ugly, noisy monstrosity that looks just like the old one (but with noise and ugliness) - anyway, I grabbed these icons = speaking of ugly these are kinda ugly but in a nice, hand-hewn kinda way, like they were carved by Fred Flinstone himself!
Yabba dabba doo!
…and after that tremendously corny attempt at a Fred Flintstone impression, i’ll have to agree with you about cssdrive, I’m in the process of redesigning it myself, and then sharing the redesign with George and the CSSDrive community to see what they think. If the majority like it then I’ll go ahead and give it George, that’s assuming he likes it too.
I wont mess up my redesign, it’s not going to be so much a redesign as an upgrade to parts here and there, but thanks for your concern, I didn’t know you had a heart, mark
and yeah, the icons are supposed to be like that, when did Fred ever do something well eh?
cheers for dropping by mate
I’m diggin those icons too! I guess you better call me Barny Rubble, love the stone cut look to them!
Personally, I love the look of the site, only think I’d do is put a dotted left border on the twitter feed to offset it from the site a bit and maybe give the div class .secondarycolumn a slightly darker or shaded background color, maybe #EFFBFF or #EFEFEF - other than that, its friggen PERFECT bro! fast loading, no pretentious shit, ALL EYES ON THE CONTENT good stuff, good times
